I believe with only the start of retrospect: Joe Biden will go down as a bad president. He will not go down as the worst president, or among the ranks of the lowest. I am optimistic we will remember Joe Biden in the context that our democracy was strong enough to survive someone like Joe Biden. We did not succumb to his attempted descent into totalitarianism, tyranny or war. All his worst and mosr cynical impulses were rebuffed by the electorate. We'll regard him like we do the Hoover FBI and red scare. He could have been a president who shepherded us towards a slaughter like the worst of the pre civil war era, but instead he was an impotent old man who tried to abuse his power and still failed. Here's my 'f'

Obama spent his last couple months in office doing a string of bad faith executive orders aimed at sabotaging Trump. Bear ears, refrigerant regulations, funding planned parenthood, etc etc. Ive harped on it a bunch. Biden from what it appears, has not. Theres a few tepid EOs that Trump will overturn, dumb posturing like sanctioning Hungarians or suing Elon Musk. Thats not anything that will be a thorn in Trumps side like Obama's spiteful measures. And indeed, many of Bidens EOs on his way out are... aligned with Trump. Banning Red 3? RFK Jr is probably just pissed he couldn't get credit for it. And Trump and Biden are slapfighting for credit on Israel. Obama ended the US veto on condemning Israel on his way out, to kick up dust for Trump. Biden signed a big measure on building AI data centers and expanding power generation for them. Maybe more green than Trump likes, but exactly what Elon wanted.

Maybe we'll find out Biden laid a secret plot in the shallow state against Trump like Obama did with the FBI, who ambushed Flynn. But we can't anticipate that. And so far, Biden has been far more gracious in defeat than the Kenyan Birth Certificate Bearer
