My word has to be enoough. After Europe got shut down I switched to East. They broadcasted the 10 min shutdown msg when I joined a game. It was down for 10 min. Europe hiccups and somehow is down for more time. No info about reason. They went down in a cascade with 15 min intervals in my record to be exact. If it was a bot ban wave, East would have bots also removed. It doesn't.
