hey, I've been playing since the beginning of early access, yesterday I reached lvl 91 with monk, and today when I try to log in I get a message that I have to buy early access... has anyone had a similar experience? I've already written to support, but they respond very slowly, and exp won't log in on its own :((((

Where did you get your EA key? Was it a third party that used stolen credit cards? If so maybe they removed all keys bought with that card.

best case scenario - account who sold you those keys got banned and your key is invalid. just buy new one and you are good to go
worst case scenario - you are banned. have to make new acc then
