So I've had several areas with 4x towers very knitted close to eachother. Pop'd 20% increased quantity on all 4. Using max quantity on maps, but im not getting those 250-300% people get.

What's the secret here to getting there?

spec into the atlas nodes with increased tablet effect and most importantly take the 20% chance for double tablet effect

Thanks. I already have that 20% chance specced. But I am guessing I've just been really unlucky
