Wondering if each minion applies its own stack. The poison icon on enemies always just being 1 makes me think that no, but maybe it's just a visual thing?

not a visual thing imo. Posion stacks function correctly for me.
U sure u have taken the +1 to stacks in the tree? There is only 1 stack if you havent.

Shouldn't apply to minions as it says "your poisons"

might not work with minions at all
