Like for real.. How do people get THIS lucky when adding stats to the items.

They must have spent TONS and TONS of orbs and omens on this, right?

to roll that extra phys dmg you will roll the phys + accuracy rating on it

1 million FG or more

But this is all going to get wiped out and moved to EA and not even standard league. So it's fine.
But what you are seeing is 1 in a million so it's ok.

I am currently trying to roll my staff. so.... I dunno if i can get something good.

I am trying my luck on an omen to chaos the cold damage away and hopefully get Physical rolls.

Crashing instances and re-trying gets your there rather quickly.
