the ring is only lvl 65 so its obviously really bad
also has only 2 things on it

Its a magic item aka a crafting base obviously, ofc it has only "2 things on it" two really usefull ones with near perfect rolls (high mana is 1st priotity stat on rings for a lot of builds rn).
Not sure what essence makes most sense here, depends on the build you wanna aim for...
Yes, the ilvl is far from optimal but the item is even further from charsi material for sure.
