Craft or sell ? Whats price on it ? How to craft it properly?

I think max is 283 mana and 24 % cast speed.

so yours is kinda 99% perfect for this 2 stats. Should be ~ 10div+ but will most likely not get sold for now.
Crafting with omen is really expensive.

i would put it in trade for maybe like 40 divs as you did , something overpriced since there are not many of this
and wait for the balancing patchnotes to see whats going to be new meta and craft it for the meta-caster wich is most played then for maximum profit
