I built a similar barb, but i'm curious how people are building them now. I would like to see what people are doing to add enigma +teleport to run baal runs in D2R, and if any merc changes

Who needs enigma when you're literally Usain bolt of d2

Maybe dual grief pbs

There is a few different things now with hustle and plague, but really the guide linked is pretty spot on.

In frenzy dual griefs hit fairly hard, but death ettins melt everything, in big cb/ds patches.

For fun in pvm I used to like to use dual eth stormlash but still didn’t compare to dual deaths.

My zerker uses grief pb + istd pb as main weapons, and last season I used death ettin and Eth runemaster with 4 ist/zod

I think it was two hardcore seasons ago, again, 99% selffound ... i found 2 x swordguard. Again then, i tried whirlwind first, and it worked quite well, but i think the game lags a tiny bit, and sometimes it misses. So i focused on frenzy, and it was a blast. Fun as hell. Swordguard increases defense too. Won't reach the damage levels of runewords, but still, upgraded, can suffice in hell. Also has 2 range.
