Yeah and it should be 0% they simply don't have the upper body strength. The most jacked women at my gym who are IFBB pros are still weaker than your average manual labourer

Why is a fire chief prioritising diversity, at all or above anything that involves fire prevention/containment?

My understanding is the previous fire chief resigned amidst allegations of sexism and racism. The next mayor is the first openly Lgbt women fire chief and one of her priorities, (number 3 of 7, albeit we don't know if those are ranked in order of importance or not) was improving fairness and diversity on the force.

Rightfully so. Are you suggesting that a man caught in a fire is necessarily as responsible for his situation as a man who wilfully commits a crime? One's a victim or at worse an idiot, the other one is a criminal or at best an idiot.

Diversity is the smaller problem here. Incompetence is the key. There are 1000 ways to let fish migrate to the see around the dams but greens in CA forbid it Now, they are running out of fresh water to put out the fire. That is the biggest mistake n1. The second one is prevention by controlled burning. The major cut budget for that. The winds could've spread the fire anyways but at least the scope would've been smaller. Giga mistake n2.

You want as many people as possible from everywhere as firefighters. There aren't enough of them. Them and blood donors. I wonder how many people here donate blood regularly.
