i remember reading a few years ago that Life tap was "bugged" and didn't work properly
Was this true, was it changed, and do the changes remain? Does life tap work like it used to(Huge life gain on hit) in pvp, or would i be wasting my time putting on draculs to proc it in bm pvp

Never heard of or experienced any bug with it. Still works the same in pvp from everything I’ve seen. Using tap from 1 source such as dracs is considered GM btw except vs barbs

thats why i was wondering if the life tap life gain is still huge

Oh it’s for sure huge. Pretty much full heal on each hit. If you got hit by stacked hammers though you’d probably just pop especially if no barb Bo
