I joined someone elses instance to trade them, and now I can't open the relic altar. Doesn't seem you can control click on the map to start a new instance here. Any ideas?

Not possible since people started to "dupe" temporialis.
Just leave party

I'm not in a party, but still stuck in this guys instance. Tried waiting outside of it for 30 mins, came back, still rejoin the same one.

looks like some kind of bug
honestly no idea what you can do, maybe invite this guy again and leave party hmm
