So is the belt like really that much of a difference?

I am running LA build and have 75k unbuffed LA. I smelt everything already. Is it really worth for me to invest in the belt?


Also, by gaining the modifiers,- does that mean if I open a map that gives monsters +40 % elemental resistances, 38% extra cold dmg, or whatever, I will gain all those modifiers for 20sec?

Yeah, you will get ALL the mods the rare mob has.
Its kinda a buildaround. If you are farming Maps with %extra rares, slam on +2 modifier per rare there are some with 5-7 mods.
You most likely end up with extra Energieshield, Life, Life-regen and extra Resis, more movement speed and ofc the Bubble.

Its not as good as in PoE1, since it was 60 seconds. But it's a decent belt for alot of defense and a little bit of attack

Maybe there is a way of self-cursing Temporal Chains again where you can slow down time for your buffs so they have more uptime?

If it would've been so that you could steal ALL the modifiers, I probably wouldve gotten the belt. But now it doesnt really feel like I need it

sry english isnt my native language but i thought i clearly said you get all modifiers. you steal all of them, every single one thats on the rare mob u kill
