Is my signature too big?

smallest I could resize it was 320x140 if it's too big does anyone have a image resizing site?

Your file size for your sig is much too large though. It's nearly 1.5mb and max allowed is 70kb.

The maximum signature size and weight is 400x150, 70kb. your .gif is 1.47mb and consists of 177 frames, which makes it impossible to reduce it to 70kb without cuts and a drastic loss of quality. I suggest looking for another image for your signature.
