I'm leaning towards Harlequin.. thoughts?

Depends on the build.

SB -> Shroud
Other classes -> Tyrael is often best in slot uber unique followed by starless skies.

Edit: I did quit this season long time ago, but I assume the fundamentals are still the same.

Ye I'm dumb, didn't specify my class (SB). Why Shroud though? Harlequin reads better (to my illiterate ears). After looking further into it though it seems like Shroud is definitely the superior option.

+Passive is always better than +skill

Seriously, that +1 to all Passives (learned or not learned yet) is so underrated.

When I played orange quill was TOP build and tbh im not sure if shako even makes it into the build. you can only have 6 skills active at the same time where only 1 core skill that you mainly use for dps, the rest are mostly utilities. on the other hand, passive is always active as long as you have shroud on. that chest is BIS for majority of any builds.

So Shaco doesn't give you +4 to your learned passives? Just active skills?

Yeah nah. It isn’t the same as d2. D4 reads ‘skills’ as active skills only.
