maybe you should try vulkan, also i use BES cpu limiter and it really helps

Try reapplying new thermal paste to your gpu. Or hell maybe even your cpu. Have you checked your Temps while playing?
45/50 degrees while I'm playing, the pc is brand new.
My gpu ps 70 max 75 I saw.
Troubleshoot with software first then hardware. Reinstall/upgrade drives and Windows OS see if clean environment works.
In my case, quite rare, when i (re)connect my latest AirPods I got crash. Took me a while to figure it out.
I did it, but with any other games like D4 or similar nothing happened, just poe2.

UPDATE:
I've change my Ram from 1600 to 1333 from Bios, and now seems like the game stopped crashing my pc.
