Hi guys,
For about a week, my computer has been constantly crashing when I play Poe2.
I’m desperate, initially, I didn’t have these issues, just a few unexpected game crashes. Then, after switching from DirectX12 to Vulkan, these problems were resolved.

The worst that would happen was the game shutting down, but not the entire PC crashing.
Now, I keep getting blue screens of death on Windows, and it’s become unplayable for me. I don’t know what to do.

I have Windows 10 with a very powerful PC (12 cores - 64GB RAM and a dedicated 16GB graphics card).

I’ve tried everything: disabling CPU 0 and 1, changing between x11 / x12 / Vulkan, etc. etc.
But nothing works, it keeps crashing nonstop.

I can play for 3 hours without any issues, or after 10 minutes, it crashes — it’s completely random.

Can anyone help me? The support from the website never replied, and I’ve had a ticket open for days!

Thanks!

What is your power supply level? Most likely the power supply wats is under requirements.

Most prebuild pc comes with 650 - 750 wats supply you need 1k plus wats supply for gaming pc. So open up your pc and take a look at it.

Try reapplying new thermal paste to your gpu. Or hell maybe even your cpu. Have you checked your Temps while playing?

Troubleshoot with software first then hardware. Reinstall/upgrade drives and Windows OS see if clean environment works.

In my case, quite rare, when i (re)connect my latest AirPods I got crash. Took me a while to figure it out.

I was having issues with sluggish performance and crashes. I used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) download version 18.0.8.9 and wiped clean my display driver in safe mode then reinstalled latest display driver. All issues gone except game itself issues.

As I said in the post, I'm using Vulkan :)

I did it, but with any other games like D4 or similar nothing happened, just poe2.

update gpu drivers

Of course I did it

UPDATE:

I've change my Ram from 1600 to 1333 from Bios, and now seems like the game stopped crashing my pc.
