What amulet anointment are you guys using?

I see "piercing shot" alot...is that really the best?

This is going to depend on your build. Are you crit or non-crit? What does your tree look like?

Probably the best advice is to continue copying whoever you started copying for your build and not worry about it.

non-crit and yeah, the guide i used to follow uses piercing as well... I just dont like that an effect like piercing cant really be put into dmg output numbers / DPS

You can annoint lightning rod.

If you care about tooltip then annoint something that will increase it. You asked for the best, not the dumbest lol no offence.

Insightfulness, but I play the full mana version.
Before, when I still used everlasting gaze, I went with Icebreaker to basically be freeze imun.

Lightning Rod obv. very potent as Commm said
