JMOD with 4 Facets, the rest of the equipment is less impactful but you probably want either Tstrokes or Javs with 40 ias to hit 90 ias breakpoint.

Merc

act 2 prayer merc with insight
kira um or no um
treachery or fortitude, switch fortitude with your treachery etc when fade/frozen armor procs

always use level 23 enchant on you, valk and merc, you for jab if you jab to help with lightning immunes

having a jmod is for pvp not for pvm. zero reason to spend the extra money to have a jmod to lose the res of mosers to get an extra -10res. with the gear above and an infin merc, you should kill basically everything in 1-3 throws, which given the ias of the gear above, takes 1 second to do.

granted, this is a kill speed build, if you want to make a character with mf, you'd have to swap fort for engima, but your kill speed would go down but you pick up teleport and mf. you'd also want to definitely get 2/20 gloves with mf in that scenario and probably would want to go with war travs 50fg over aldur or gores. Can still do good damage and kill with mf build, just wont be as fast. if you're looking to just have fun and smash some hell cow games or chaos runs, the above list is what you need
