Day three of me experiencing difficulties logging into Ladder Slasher. I was feeling super excited to play right now.
But unfortunately it's still giving me resistance. I was able to log in and play for an hour around midnight. That's it.

I'm truly hoping I can find a permanent solution to this. Because if I can't play my favorite game anymore I'll feel sad.
The best part of my day is playing Hardcore Ladder Slasher. Not being able to do so anytime I want is simply problematic.

I need a miracle at this point. Why did this happen? Years and years dating back to my Softcore days I never dealt with this.

EDIT: And I got my miracle. After attempting to log in about 500 times. It finally went into the game! I'll play as much as I can right now.

Have you contacted any mods directly?
Maybe they could have some insight on this situation.

Nothing has gone my way lately. But I'm not going to give up here. A little adversity never hurts.
I'm still going to reach all the goals I set out to accomplish. Regardless of how hard it may seem.

I had just finished another solo climb. Which I'm always so thankful for being in Hardcore.
At any point death is always lurking around the corner. So I don't take anything for granted.

And I did reach my goal: Rank 17 Heal Proficiency. Still third overall on the Hardcore Ladder for Heal Proficiency.
I'm still a little ways off from catching the top two guys who set the bar very high. But I don't feel it's impossible.

Also I'm 8th on Club Proficiency for Hardcore. That one I have zero chance to reach the Top 3 but happy with 8th. Top 10 for Club is special.
The Grinders guild, several members it seems like, have dominated the Hardcore Club Proficiency rank. I'm just very impressed by their group.

Just had to check which characters are in the 7th+ Club prof HC... So far, #7 and 6 haven't played in 10 years, so you will definitely beat them.

#4 been afk for like 3 years
#3 been afk for 2 years
#2 & top afk 3 years

You never know... you could be #3 in no time...

All the time I'm losing just trying to log into Ladder Slasher is the problem. LOL. Like wow.
It's just becoming nearly impossible but I'm going to still push on despite these setbacks.

A couple times it took me into the game after a couple minutes of trying. Other times it takes 25 to 40 minutes. If not longer.

Prior to this past week it was an instant log in. Never an issue. Is this due to the new Spectrum router I had installed?
I was using a really old router and my cable company asked to return them for a new one. Lines up with the timing.

All I know is I want to have fun and play Hardcore Ladder Slasher again. It's not fun trying to log in most of the time.
And the other night once I logged in I tried to play for several hours without logging out. Even rushing to eat, shower, etc...

Maybe this is a sign that I just need to play D2R again. I miss my Summon Druid. If I'm able to log in and play today I'll have some fun.
I just feel a little frustrated right now. Trying to keep a positive mindset. I should go watch a new movie on Netflix or Prime Video soon.

Does the new router have privacy settings preset into it? Check with your ISP about your router, it seems this may be your issue.

I'm afraid to fool around with it too much because it's working super fast. But I'll see what I can do to fix this problem once and for all.
I've been able to log into ladder slasher clicking in and out. Usually it goes through after several attempts. It's been so strange though. LOL

But I'm having fun and I may be able to reach 1st for the Hardcore Heal Proficiency. I'm 3rd right now. Rank 17. Top 2 feel within my reach.
Going to pace myself though. No rush. Just keep grinding away when I can. I prefer to do it in spurts. So that I can always set attainable goals.

So yeah guys. I'd like a moderator to help me. I can't go on like this...

It's been like this ever since my cousin installed the new router for me. I don't know how to change the privacy settings on it.
I'm using an Apple iMac. It's a Spectrum Router I believe. My IP address is private. Is that the issue? I just have no clue right now.

Literally I'm pulling the hair out of my head right now. It's so frustrating. I want to scream. I'd like others to experience my pain to understand how I feel right now.

Is there something on Ladder Slasher's end that can be done to fix my issues? Or is this issue all on my end? I want to play anytime I want.

And I've been able to log into the game, at random, out of pure luck after several minutes. Even up to an hour last night.
And when I did log into the game I decided to play 5 or 6 hours straight. You'd be proud of my effort despite these setbacks.

I can see myself reaching Rank 15 Club and Rank 18 Heal Profiency very soon (#1 spot on Hardcore Heal). I want to reach Rank 20. Even Rank 30 for both Club and Heal.

But I won't be able to do it. At least with a sane and calm mind. If I can't log into the game instantly. In half a second. It takes me up to an hour to log into the game right now. Unfair.

EDIT: I'm crying right now because I finally logged into the game after trying for 40 minutes right now. it was for a full hour last night.
I'm going to finish another MasterQuest and start a new climb. Level 1 to 71. I'm always afraid to log out of the game. I love this game!

Take a look at the times of the 1006's ... I am aware it is on my side while my game is up in another window.

90% of the time I still have log in issues. 10% of the time it logs in with one simple click.
Once I'm in I usually play as much as I can so it's not really as bothersome to me anymore...

A few times it's disconnected me while I'm playing. Once fighting three evil presences!
Sort of caused me some anxiety but thankfully once I logged back in I was safely in town.
When I went back to Catacomba the three evil presences were still there. So all was good.

Right now it took me about 3 to 5 minutes to log in. Way better than the 45 minutes to an hour when I first experienced this.
I thought maybe it had to do with the sound in game? I usually set it to 0. I set it back to 10. And it works a lot better like that.
