If your mana sustain is fine without silkweaves then dual fire/ light res could be an option. There’s no reason to worry about poison or cold dmg in pvm. Can usually get some light resist on your ring (10fcr 5-6ml, 20-30 light res) and even gloves (2 jav/20ias/mana leech light resist) although the gloves might be a bit expensive
