following a guide and I can’t find the Archmage and
Sigil of Power skill?

Aura (use spirit gem) and weapon skill (your weapon should grant this skill)

Archmage is a persistent buff skill (look for that in the gem description).
Basically, its like an aura.

The second one, sigil of power, is found on Chiming Staffs.
