Its still in early access. They know the end game needs a lot of work. And the fact that this is an actual EA as opposed to the marketing gimmick cash grab most companies do now should be extremely encouraging for the launch of this game and the subsequent years of further developments/upgrades as time goes on.
well tbh they just called it what it is, an EA. but they did grab a lot of cash and marketing helped a lot with it, so i dont really see any difference other than pure semantics

also yes there will be years of further developments, but ggg is more than well compensated for them, as the current business model and good PR made them earn way more $ per player than if they had just sold the game one time like for example grim dawn did. btw now that i mentioned grim dawn, they have been actually developing the game for years after release, and unlike ggg, since the game was sold once, it has really been WITHOUT compensation

imo grim dawn beats poe2 in literally every aspect

sad to see that poe has so much more players than grim dawn not because of the game quality, but marketing and business model. all smoke and mirrors

poe is "multiplayer focused", while in reality its a single player game, just on a server (which makes it even worse as you dont own your characters and can lose them for any or no reason). then poe is "free to play", while in reality if you dont pay at least 50$ it is pretty much unplayable. dont fall for this trap brother, ggg is anything BUT honest
