So anyone who posts that YT video could claim to be 'Phaleg', it lacks concrete proof

You need to use the contact function on JSP, then share as many details as you can recall with them. Things that only you as the account holder would know.. like FG purchases if you did any and provide them with dates/amount, your guild history, warn logs, where you normally posted, what the associated emails to the account may have been, anything else that you can recall. If you provide enough information and they believe you without any doubt, they will restore your account and reset the password.

The admin says that the email address that is registered in the d2jsp account is missing information lol, could you tell me what they are? because I sent more than enough evidence

Where the account was created, did you buy fg on the account, did you change the login location (moved somewhere), did you have any warn... info the account owner would know.
Add all the emails/passwords you know, everything you can remember.
