Two Monarchs Getting 3 Sockets From Larzurk - Topic

Well, those are definitely regular 3s monarchs. If it happened as you described, then I have no explanation. A possible error in assigning item level in Terror Zones?

I was lvl 63 for the first one in private game and lvl 70 i believe for the second one in a pub game.

I believe with the new patch they made it so larzuk CAN give max sockets but not guaranteed
