life leech works at full strength vs summons, meaning then love tapping 1 wolf or bear = massive heal

/well maybe full strength is inaccurate, but it heals you more than it would doing dmg to a player or an LOD summon

I largely see a plain 2/20/2 barb circlet here.
You will tele more than 25 times
Cold res is extremely easy for a barb to get since they will be using Trang gloves
Life leach is easy to get from 1x ring slot if you really care that much for it
