a newer player will probably want them but not a lot of value. pretty much everyone wants 65/121s at this point

lvl 9-12 jewels need +max, +min, and/or %edmg.

VERY rarely people buy caster jewels for VLLDs, but they want rare jewels with 4 good mods.

close but it needed more ED. can roll up to 100 for lvl 30 and for the odd ball people like me who make lvl 25's it could of rolled up to 80ed so with the ED being so low i dont see it having any value

Hate to say I have, the lv is too low to make good use of the skill for almost all builds and it's especially bad into melee duels where I tested it the most.

Over all it's a fun item to explore different builds with but very limited

Low tier quality, I donated mine
