For block swap in Whitstans, Shadow Dancer and some gear with +Dex. Will need to swap in gear like Magefist, circlet and maybe Vipermagi to maintain 105 FCR.

Vs Blizz Sorc respec to vita and swap in cold res gear.

Seems self explainitory except hoto. Why hoto over eschuta? Res isnt needed. Only other valuable is rep life? 30 energy on chuta is strong as hoto mana or clise anyways

HoTo is generally used on ESFB for oak, rep life, res etc. Without prebuff your ES will be low and you will still take about 20% elemental damage to your life. Most opponents will rely on poison or open wounds against you as these bypass ES hence the importance of rep life. Also +DEX helps with block.
