well for sin v sin as a ghost, one of the things that is important to note is the changes to WW.
I will first talk about ghost since it seems that is what you already are. Not necessary at this point into confusing you through the intricacies of both hybrid and ghost.
Firstly, WW is now affected by Slow and cold mechanics unlike in LOD. Additionally, WW ias tables have changed, thus requiring more IAS than on LOD. This has a few different affects. Mainly, that you need to have more IAS than on LOD to reach 4FPA WW (fastest WW and thus most amount of hits per second) and 5FPA WW (second fastest WW with less hits per second than 4fpa) while also making sure you have enough ias to cover Arach slow mechanics to reach your 4fpa or 5fpa.
4fpa is best. but a bad 4fpa claw is worse than a good 5fpa claw.
The following IAS requirements for 4fpa are listed for the claw types after arach slow:
4fpa Wrist sword - 83ias (commonly reached via 40ias on claw + 20 ias highlords + 30ias circlet via 2x 15ias jewels)
4fpa Suwayyah - 117 ias (commonly reached via 40ias on claw + 2x 15ias jewels in claw + 20 ias highlords + 30ias circlet via 2x ias jewels)
4fpa feral - 58 ias - (commonly reached via 40ias on claw + 20 ias highlords)
4fpa war fist - 163ias - not reachable under any good build scenario other than the following: (60ias armor + 20 ias highlord + 30ias circlet + 40ias base claw + 15ias jewel in claw) This requires you to use a teleport charge circlet with 2 sockets
For 4fpa on wrist sword or suwayyah or feral or war fist you can do other things such as use 20ias gloves to change some things around based on your access to 40ias base claws or the availability of a 2os circlet
For 5fpa, the following ias requirements are listed for the claw types after arach slow:
5fpa Wrist sword - 30ias < with such low 4fpa ias requirements, there is no reason to ever go 5fpa wrist sword
5fpa Suwayyah - 48ias
5fpa feral - 16ias < with such low 4fpa ias requirements, there is no reason to ever go 5fpa feral
5fpa war fist - 70ias
So you really need to decide, based on your budget, are you opting for a good 4fpa option or a good 5fpa option. That will dictate the rest of your gear.
For ghost vs. ghost, you can get away with using 20ias gloves as FCR from trang gloves isnt needed as much in ghost v ghost as it is compared to hybrid vs. ghost.
For ghost vs. hybrid, it is advisable to have a circlet option that has Lo rune in it to lower the amount of lightning sentry damage you take. This will affect claw choices as you wont be able to get 30ias from circlet anymore.
Once you decide on claw and fpa, then its the nuances of selecting the rest of your gear and FCR bp (65fcr or 42fcr or 27fcr for ghost v ghost is fine. for ghost v hybrid, you will want 65fcr)
