Weapon Rare Normal -> Exceptional: Amn + Ort + Sapphire (perfect)
Weapon Rare Exceptional -> Elite: Um + Fal + Sapphire (perfect)
Weapon Unique Normal -> Exceptional: Sol + Ral + Emerald (perfect)
Weapon Unique Exceptional -> Elite: Lum + Pul + Emerald (perfect)
Armor Rare Normal -> Exceptional: Thul + Ral + Amethyst (perfect)
Armor Rare Exceptional -> Elite: Pul + Ko + Amethyst (perfect)
Armor Unique Normal -> Exceptional: Shael + Tal + Diamond (perfect)
Armor Unique Exceptional -> Elite: Lem + Ko + Diamond (perfect)

Did you need only the items and the rune? And the not 3 update for some items like titant?

And you can upped any items in the game? And its worth to upp items or some dont worth the upp !?

You can only upgrade unique and rare items.

Items such as Titans, Arreats, uniq eth armor that will end up with high def, Vipermagi is very popular to upgrade.

Basically any items that will benefit from the upgrading without the user has to too much other stats to get the item equipped

Vampgaze could get a low roll and end up having lower defense than the original base. And remember the stat requirements go up as well as the defense or the damage.
