Is it possible to be too fat to be accepted into heaven? Isnt severe obesity synonymous with gluttony?

The body is left behind to return to the earth.

Yes

To elaborate: being fat doesn't disqualify you from heaven by itself, but only if one shows no contrition for their sinful ways. What is required for entry to heaven is faith in Jesus Christ, of which includes recognition & acceptance of oneself as a sinner who needs saving.

Technically yes, you give in to one of the sins, gluttony.

Nobody heard of a thyroid disorder?

Obesity is not as simple as someone stuffing their mouth with food.

Gluttony does not necessarily mean food consumption.

Ever play a video game for 16 hours in a day, that's gluttonous behavior.

Doesn't god regularly make people that are against biblical virtue? Gays, trans, infertile, atheists, murderers for example?

That's sloth behaviour, which is another sin

The laws of thermodynamics apply to everyone, as does mass energy equivalence. It's simply energy in vs. energy out: being fat means either too much energy in, too little energy out, or both

/e Thyroid or other metabolic disorders reduce the 'energy out' part of the equation, meaning people with such disorders need to compensate either by eating less or exercising more

Most obese people don't have a thyroid disorder. Their sin is a combination of sloth and gluttony.
