So I had a Artisan's circlet with 3OS and 13 min dmg. I socketed with 3 x 37ED/15IAS jewels.

Someone said there is a bug, which means that the ED jewels i added wont work correctly because there was min dmg on the circlet?

Is this true?

the bug only applies to jewels that have ed + dmg i think. shouldnt be a problem with ed ias jewels.

depends on what type of attack you are using. the item is bugged for melee weapon attacks, but fine for ranged weapon attacks

Fine for anything ranged.
Bugged for any melee attacks.

Will the bug show up on sheet dps? Because my sheet dps looks fine?

So i've tested by adding ED jewels into a plain white tiara and compared damage to that of the Tiara with +min dmg and 3 x 37/15 ias jewels.

Sheet damage shows that it appears to not be bugged and is benefiting from the +min and the ED%.

the in-game character screen does not calculate dmg correctly in many scenarios, dont trust it

It is absolutely bugged
Easiest way to understand is do not mix ed and max or min on anything but weapons and shields

Min and max is OK, but no ed with min or max

It causes the ed to only apply to the min or max dmg
