should i try to chaos or annul, what's the best strategy?

I saw somewhere u can anul the low roll(6 life per enemy killed) with something endgame related. Perhaps someone else with more knowledge can speak up

omen of wittling, when u activate it the omen makes it so you chaos orb roll the mod with the lowest lvl req or something like that.. pretty sure the omen 5-7 div
