If you wanna wake up in the astral, do daily "am I awake questions, or am I dreaming but this will all depend on your understanding of reality on which phrase you use". Also when you get there don't be scared, just float threw your wall and take off into the sky like Superman. Build objects with tulpas but be careful, keep a kill switch on them in case they become well alive here. You can go straight into the sun and pop out on the side but don't that untill your ready, it's kinda a lot to take in that your God and this whole life is a joke. Just remember your God but your not really unless you have control over your spirit so don't do anything stupid just yet.
I don't suggest using sigils, but if you do wanna do it, meet them in the other realms don't just stare into a smoke filled room while bringing the fire to your eyes from within. Their after life will be 10000% haunted for their actions here.
