You don't know what poor is. Just leave it at that. Some of us have worked to get where we are. You seem pretty adroit in avoiding it.

I literally worked as a boiler maker at a coal mine for a decade whilst working a second job as security at the same time.
Sure I made it to management eventually but I am so broken in my 30's from the work I did in my twenties that I need multiple operations to fix it.

Boohoo! The majority of workers, like 99.8%, break themselves without becoming millionaires.

If we eat the rich, we start with you, understand?

Should have worked a mining job then, easiest million you will ever make if you are ok with losing years off your life.

The majority of mining jobs in my country no longer exist, because of assholes like you who loudly proclaim how harmful it is to the environment.

Nothing like making yours, then pulling up the ladder behind you, is there, millionaire?

I have no problem with mining, we need iron ore and other minerals, i do think burning coal needs to be cut back drastically, but we already have better options.

Which options? Natural gas? People don't like that either. Solar and wind? Rolling brownouts and blackouts aren't great. Perhaps nuclear? Oh wait, so-called environmentalists are against that too.

You will need to elaborate.

Wind and solar work fine despite the scaremongering, once the rest of the infrastructure is adapted to the technology things will run a lot smoother, but there are plenty of other options like pumped hydro and eventually small modular reactors that may be feasible in the future.
You always act as if everyone on the left is like the right and are a singular organism with a shared brain, this is only the case with people who consume murdoch media.
The left have many varying takes on the best energy policies, the right just push nuclear as an excuse to keep burning coal.

https://x.com/NickJFuentes/status/1869839665295159335

Today a man in Chicago armed with a pistol and (?) crossbow murdered three members of a family (unknown relation?) before traveling to Nick Fuentes house and calling for him by name in an attempt to assassinate him. Nick made the smart decision to not answer the door for the guy in a helmet and carrying a gun, and police confronted the man. He ran next door and killed two dogs (??) before being killed by police in a firefight.

This follows the high profile doxxing and harassment of Fuentes last month led by activist Marla Rose who went to his home, which probably also did a good job of getting Fuentes to put his guard up about these kinds of assassinations.
Did the gunman kill his own family? Random people? I don't know.
But this is yet another political assassination attempt in the USA, which is how many for the year so far? 2 on Trump, 1 on a CEO, 1 on Fuentes, seriously Fuentes of all people? Not exactly aiming high he's probably get off on being a martyr

Fuentes is a verified nazi and white nationalist. So idc.

Wind and solar have drastically outsized carbon footprint and human cost due to construction, replacement, land use and maintanence compared to hydro and nuclear

Agree, much better than coal though, the real problem with nuclear is a two pronged issue of cost and public perception, nuclear is incredibly expensive in the building phase and whilst a decent percentage of people support building it, almost none of them want it anywhere near their suburb.
