the difference between 3 19 20 vs 3 20 19s are as follows

1) 37 more life on 3 19 20. when you buff, it comes out to 55life ish. This is considered to be 18.3 stat.
2) 37 more AR on 3 20 19. when you buff, it comes out to 259ar which is 51.8 stat.

holy crap... 3 20 19s might be better on zeals...

if the values are taken prebuff *and yes they should be taken prebuff because thats how ALL stats are counted
then 37 life is 12.3 stat
while 37 ar is 7.4 stat

so I guess you should calculate it prebuff.

Perfect Life on charms is more valuable than Ar.

3/17/20 , 3/18/20 , 3/19/20 >>> 3/20/19

LIFE > AR

Ar you get by many items easy and even by clicking +1dex is giving you more ar more than you click +1vita its gives like +3life only so Life is allways better to have in items as its improving by Battle Orders casting!
