to be completely honest, this team has overachieved already in my opinion.

we lost to NIU at the start of the season and are missing our best cornerback that most believed to be the best in the country.

I really hope we can make it further. But, with the way our QB started the season, I am happy with how far we have come.

well, i feel you there. We lost Joe fucking Alt last year to the draft and his replacement got hurt in spring ball.

He stole an endowment from the wrestling program. Look up the endowment left by William Joseph Patrick ”Bucky” O`Connor. It was meant for the wrestling team. ND blamed financial reasons...

Title IX also prob' had to do with it. Simply, an endowment left for the wrestling team ended up being changed to all sports, then wrestling was dropped.

yeah, unfortunately the money is always going to follow the sports that create the highest revenue.
