Fast walking in Nature (1.5 hour per day after work) & alot of water (1.5 liter per day),

try to do push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups at home,

You can try to buy a reputable book and stick to a suitable program (nothing to lose except 20$, who cares anyways),

Limit certain ingredients and dishes that are too fatty, don't drink soda.

At the end of the day it's all about motivation and i'm sure you will find people who can support you both IRL (family, friends) or on the internet (d2jsp for example).

So try to set small, simple goals, step by step, increases your performance over several weeks, you have to be patient and tell yourself that you are capable of doing it and that people believe in you.

All the best, you can do it !

Getting my hour on the treadmill as I type this, my one month ish check in, I weighed in at 222.3 today, about 3-4 weeks of a consistent 1200 calorie diet, consisting of as much protein as I get I'm eating mostly eggs chicken non fat yogurt and low fat cottage cheese for all my calorie intake, I've given myself a cheat meal once a week but I still keep it protein heavy, one hour of weight training every day in the morning, sometimes one hour at night if there's something left in me after work, cardio twice a week about an hour cause men hate cardio

Fuxk a gym fuck anyone else you gotta hate yourself enough for change or just find a fucking noose like some of my family has.

Absolute anger.

Idk how to lose weight without drastic change, I'm hoping I can get close to 200lbs and then try and maintain a healthy diet, but I'm a binge eater been a fat kid my whole life, idk if I can allow myself any leeway with sweets sugars badfood it close to an addiction, also why do I want fats if I'm fat

Congrats brother, shedding fat is not easy work, especially at the start.

Couple of things from the chit chat ...

If your goal is weight loss, you need to focus on cycling your heart rate. With weights, this is things like modified HIIT routines, and then when you conditioned you can do real HIT. This works the muscles well while keeping the heart rate up, and checking the zones. Cardio is your friend for weight loss, but it doesn't have to be torture. You can use the age/size guidelines for heart rate zones, or get tested. You want to cycle between zone 2 to the zone 3 I believe to maximize fat burn and not get exhausted fast. Walk/Run, Walk/WalkUpHill, doesn't matter what you do, just that heart rate cycling to zone 3. If you need more routine details just PM, I got some old sheets from a trainer

As for the dieting, I broke my bad routine by going to the gym at the time I would batch eat. Late evening workout broke the dinner routine

Anyways, the heart rate science is really effective. Dropped 35 lbs in 3 months just planning routines around the heart rate. Eventually could do 5ks no problem.

Also John Randle F yeah

As for me, just hitting the 80lb heavy bag in a 20 minute circuit. Love it, best workout ever , fun as hell. Can make your own for like $100, empty Amazon hvy bag, Menards rubber mulch. Some chain
