Nother two weeks just under 220, 218.2 on the scale getting tougher the first month was a lot of water carb and excess food weight.
Congrats brother, shedding fat is not easy work, especially at the start.
Couple of things from the chit chat ...
If your goal is weight loss, you need to focus on cycling your heart rate. With weights, this is things like modified HIIT routines, and then when you conditioned you can do real HIT. This works the muscles well while keeping the heart rate up, and checking the zones. Cardio is your friend for weight loss, but it doesn't have to be torture. You can use the age/size guidelines for heart rate zones, or get tested. You want to cycle between zone 2 to the zone 3 I believe to maximize fat burn and not get exhausted fast. Walk/Run, Walk/WalkUpHill, doesn't matter what you do, just that heart rate cycling to zone 3. If you need more routine details just PM, I got some old sheets from a trainer
As for the dieting, I broke my bad routine by going to the gym at the time I would batch eat. Late evening workout broke the dinner routine
Anyways, the heart rate science is really effective. Dropped 35 lbs in 3 months just planning routines around the heart rate. Eventually could do 5ks no problem.
Also John Randle F yeah
As for me, just hitting the 80lb heavy bag in a 20 minute circuit. Love it, best workout ever , fun as hell. Can make your own for like $100, empty Amazon hvy bag, Menards rubber mulch. Some chain
