Check spam folders for the e-mail. Unfortunately if you don't remember which e-mail is linked to your account, you will have to do the account recovery:

For example, you have a blue star. If you purchased FG, you may add the payment method / how much did you spend / when did you do the purchases and add it in the recovery field.
Add as much information as you can and you'll be able to set a new e-mail and then recover all your passwords.
