strength makes paladins tanky? health doesn't?
man we're making some big breakthroughs here. d2 will never be the same
CoA/dr/block/sorb/res etc makes a paladin tanky. This ring helps facilitate that build philosophy more efficiently.
CoA is the only acceptable helmet for basically any paladin for PvA, but a requirement for an Hdin/lib/vt (no other way to get DR — DR being arguably the most important metric besides block for an hva in terms of tanking)
I have noticed a major mistake that even top players are making — which is prioritizing vita/damage over tank/sorb. The value proposition you gain from prioritizing damage/vita over tanking is not there in D2 for basically all classes/builds.

Gg! I use a similar ring on my hdin for coa set up with max block and also vt. 9/10
Yesss! Paladins already do insane amounts of unsorbable damage, no point in going for high damage over high tank, you’re giving up 400% survivability for 50% more damage — not worth it. And it doesn’t matter how good you are, you will take shots/get hit, I disagree with the high damage, high hp but dies in 2 shots builds.

That would of been me and mark
What were the usernames? I was overwhelmingly the #1 Hdin in D2, I had 0 competition from 2007 to 2016 ish. Well, my friend Walk @elite-devil2 aka the OG OUT-RANK before he gave me his account in 2009, was a better gm duelist, but in terms of anything goes even he didn’t stand a chance (cmoon/merc/bm) but he was the greatest GM duelist of all time, even better than Me/Marvel/Mil/Bui/ etc, so he deserves his respect forever, also MIT graduate.
