Widowmaker's most practical usage is as a swap item on melee range chars to deal with obnoxious melee vs melee annoying them in duel games. A bvc or summon druid fighting a bvb or fury rabies druid, for example. You can slap on widow + lacerator swap + clegs and maybe prebuff venom.

signature
(correct me if I'm mistaken) made a "murder-din" build that revolves using 1 pt fanaticism and cube BO.

He also shows different combos with dmg/ar/life charms and skiller charms.

Overview of the build is an enigma wearing Hammerdin with max block/dr setups, basically hammers are still your main damage dealer but you have a lot more options to actually damage the opponent.

And Idk Cooley hasn't been really appealing I'll check it out though I'm currently using a ww kick bow sin

It's a guide originating from LOD, I think it's a few years old at this point but all info will still be relevant.

BVA's (Basically BvC's with max block) oftentimes have an um'd widowmaker in stash for hammerdins/campy sorcs, I had a real blast at the start of d2r killing everyone with a fortitude/gface/Widowmaker barb.
