I am really clueless on this one...
If it is worth trading should i upgrade it first to increase value?

non eth 0-5fg
eth 20-50fg

You dont need to upgrade it.
Would give 1-5fg more

It is non eth, is that not better to reach the fastest breakpoint with fury or do i have that all wrong?

This weapon is mainly for lld pvp so if it is eth you got more dmg ;)

actually it's pvm uber tristram weapon.It's mainly for bosses mainly beacuse of crushing blow. I use it myself on my hcl druid for ubers.
