Any character who wears monarch spirit or storm can wear it

More opinions maybe

Just for info i bought a 98 def pair last year in sc ladder for 60 fg and it was the fair price for them

What should be done when dropping CHance Guard Perf ?

- Sell it "naked" (price ?)
- Sell it 1x upgraded to obtain good def-roll (price ?)
- Sell it 2x Upgraded (you said 10-30 fg)
