I've seen people trade 150-200% lances and exec swords for a fair bit...not sure what they're doing with them as I just restared (upgrading? lld?), and that's why I'm here. Found the following ancient axe:

108-220 dmg
152% ed
6 to max damage
74 attack rating
4% life leech
and % chance nova on strike and ed/ar to demons

I'm thinking no, but I wanted to make sure before I vendored it...followup question, what DOES make exceptional rare weapons valuable?
