all items for STARTER BUILD from maxroll, the number 1 build on rank overall for this actual season.all items are at least 3/4 mods, except amulet.
that means all items u can go on ocultist and roll one wrong line to make all items with 4 correctly lines following guide build on maxroll. (except amulet)
also that means if u never played hardcore, u get a power leveling 1-60, once u are level 60 with just paragon 1, just gearing all those items u can play Penitent without die where u can farm starter basic aspects.
if you already played hardcore, and lets say u have more than 100 paragon points, u make new char and gear those items u can go play directly on Torment 1.
