Is there any balance Ragnarok Online server at the moment?
Balance like PvP / WoE / PvM wise.
None of those 999stats and everyone has the same stats in the end.
Something with decent rate(Mid to High) and stats/skill points are normal. Not all maxed out.

Would appreciate it if anyone suggest a decent one.

I don't play Ragnarok anymore, but I've played on this server for a few weeks like a year ago and still up and friendly and non-corrupted. Most ragnarok server has GM making items for their own friends/themselves/guildmates, but this one is free of corruption.
