Which servers are the best right now.. could someone write the pros and cons?

depends what server you are looking for.. like low rate, mid-rate, high rate.

mid-rates WOE oriented servers are popular, usually servers that offer guild packages, 99/70, 0.01%mvp card drop rate etc.
