I'm not a veteran RO player but I am experienced, I left rebirthRO a few years ago and I stumbled upon LuminaRO a few months ago, its a little over a year old with a Mid and High server, no crazy donate items and a really good staff.

I would suggest Utopia RO. Freshly opened in may 2010 high pvp/ WoE competition, and theres no overpowered customs to ruin the fun .
