Let me start with telling you that I've been gone for some time, and I'm just getting back into the game, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Level 67 basic, 31 Wizard.

Skill setup:

1st job:
Basic skill - 9
Stone curse - 7
Cold bolt - 8
lightening bolt - 4
napalm - 1
Fire Bolt - 10
sight - 1
First aid - 1
Increased sp - 1
Frost diver - 5
Thunder - 1
Fire ball - 5
Energy coat - 1
fire wall - 10

2nd job:
Sense - 1
Icewall - 1
Jupitel - 5
Earth spike - 3
sight - 1
Lov - 1
Heavens drive - 3
Storm g - 10

I don't exactly remember where I was going with this skill setup since I was in a guild that was doing woe, and I think they had me set it up like this. Let me know how it is, and where I should head with what I've already setup.

Stats:

Str - 1
agi - 9 +3
vit 4
int - 84 +14
Dex - 46 +6

Equipment:

1. +5 mage hat
2. Opera masque
3. +4 silver robe of charm - Roda Frog card - 400 hp, 50 sp.
4. Evil Bone wand
5. +1 memory book
6. +3 ragamuff in manteau
7. Clever belt - Wormtail Card - +2 dex
8. Teleport clip
9. +4 soul enchanted shoes - sohee card - max sp +15%, sp recovery +3%

Extra:
1. Heal clip
2. Quadruple dexterious rod 15%+ matk - 4 x Drop cards - +1 dex, accuracy +3

This is my character, any advice on what I should do at this point would be great since I haven't the slightest idea of what I'm doing anymore to be honest. If you could tell me where I should level, what I should be doing as far as skills, gear goes and how I'm doing on this build that would be great.

I know fairly little about wizards but I can offer some advice. For more info you should definitely look at the IRO forums or such.

You'd want to max out jupitel thunder. Storm gust gets em frozen then you blast em with jupitel thunder as their element changes to water and wind > water.

But if im brutally honest, paying for RO is just so dead. Even Gravity brought out a f2p server, "Valkyrie" i think its called, but you level like 10 times slower than normal so you can imagine the pain.

I'd recommend going to a nice private server, such as Rebirth or Blackout. I'd recommend Rebirth more cause i played on it, theres tonnes more people and its not so easy that its boring but not painfully hard to level either. If you need more info on anything just give me a shout through msg's or post on here. I check from time to time.
